Apple's Profit 92 % in 1st Quarter 2015

During the first quarter of 2015 is the most favorable time for Apple. They recorded to be the only vendor that dominates the realm of smartphones in terms of the amount of profit to more than 90 percent. 


As reported in The Wall Street Journal, Apple made a profit of 92 percent of all profits in the realm of smartphones during the first quarter of 2015. These results increase of their profits in the same period last year reached 65 percent. 

In its report, The Wall Street Journal also noted that Apple's smartphone sales accounted for one fifth of all smartphone sales globally there are about 1,000 vendors that play in this sphere. While its competitors, Samsung recorded reap as much as 15 percent. 

When combined, the benefits of the two major smartphone vendors recorded more than 100 percent in the smartphone industry. Other vendors reported a loss or can not afford to compete with Apple and Samsung in the same period. 

Apple achieved a great advantage that can not be separated from the selling price of the iPhone was very high in the market. Apple as known to sell the iPhone 6 with an average price of $659 in the US started. Compare this with the average selling price of Android smartphones in the range of $185. 

The success of Apple apparently will continue to happen in the next quarter in which they will soon announce the iPhone 6s and 6s Plus iPhone in September. Duo iPhone 6s predicted would be the most major iPhone upgrade with the presence of a 12MP camera, 2GB RAM, Touch Force and others.
