Apple reportedly has been recruiting former officials from the US renowned automotive company, Chrysler Doug Betts to handle the development of the electric car project named "Titan". 

Doug Betts recruitment by Apple broke through his LinkedIn account as reported by MacRumors. In the LinkedIn account, Doug Betts has worked for Apple in the San Francisco Bay Area since the beginning of July. 


He graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology's previously served as Senior Vice President at the Chrysler Group. Doug Betts duty in a car company is a leading operational and service quality of Chrysler products. 

Although it is not known in detail what his duties at Apple, Doug Betts mentioned will handle project-based electric car company in Cupertino it. Moreover, he is a former Chrysler dropout who claimed the third largest car manufacturer in the US. 

Apple has started electric car project over a year ago, but only surfaced since February 2015. They are said to have recruited hundreds of employees from a number of leading car manufacturers to build electric car project planned to attend in 2020. 

In addition, Apple is also reported to have been recruited from the Swiss automotive researcher, Paul Furgale, to join the electric car project. Apple plans to target the following recruitment experts robots and machines.
