One day after the release of iOS 9 update and OS X El Capitan Developer Beta 4, Apple released the second beta version of Public Beta. You were incorporated in beta.apple.com pages can immediately download this update.
From the previous update, Public Beta version is an improvement similar to the final version of the Developer Beta at the moment. If true it is that made by Apple, Developer Beta version 4 (specifically developers enrolled in the Apple Developer) is the same update to the Public Beta 2.
